Carl grew up in Homestead, FL, where he discovered his passion for fitness, working out with his dad at the local YMCA.
He has been in the fitness industry as a trainer for six years, working with a wide range of clients. Carl received his original certification from WITS. (World Instructor Training Schools). He has since continued his education and been certified in pregnancy fitness, older adults’ fitness, and sports conditioning. While Elite Physiques has always been his home, he has also been a master trainer at multiple LA Fitness locations.
Carl prides himself on his ability to create effective and individualized programs for all his clients, marrying his expertise and experience with their individual goals, schedules, and skills. Carl loves to watch his clients embrace an overall healthier life with the added benefit of an improved physique.
